An information aid, not medical advice

GlutenDodger helps you make gluten-related food decisions. It is an information aid only. It is not medical, dietary or health advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified health professional. Always follow the advice of your doctor or dietitian.

Verdicts are best-effort and can be wrong

GlutenDodger’s verdicts are generated on a best-effort basis from public food databases and from reading label text. This information can be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and manufacturers change recipes without notice. You must read and verify the product label yourself before eating anything, and you rely on any verdict at your own risk.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlutenDodger and its makers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its verdicts. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
